Cairns City Fitness we provide a variety of group fitness
classes to suit the needs and desires of all individuals at
different levels of fitness.

Our classes range from the original step aerobic and dance routines, to
light weight muscular toning workouts and martial fitness and
cardio-vascular classes. Each class is designed to exercise
and shape the body differently, maximising your fitness levels
in whatever workout you choose.
